We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager/Senior Project Manager to lead a critical upgrade programme from Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) to Business Central. This role sits at the heart of a strategic transformation initiative within a Private Equity firm. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of the upgrade programme, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the NAV to Business Central upgrade programme.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless migration and integration.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks across multiple workstreams.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Business Central implementation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Finance, Technology, and Operations.
- Define and maintain project governance, including RAID logs, project plans, and reporting.
- Drive stakeholder alignment and change management across impacted teams.
- Ensure integration with related systems, including investment platforms and reporting tools.
- Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate to different workstreams.
Required Experience
- Proven track record delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 programmes, ideally Business Central.
- Strong understanding of finance processes and modules
- Experience managing third-party vendors and SI relationships.
- Hands-on project and programme management experience, including governance setup.
- Strong background in financial services, ideally within investment management or buy-side environments.
- Solid understanding of fund accounting, fund operations, and portfolio management systems.
- Experience working in private equity, financial services, or complex stakeholder environments.
