I’m working with a key utilities organisation that are now on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Programme Lead to join their team and lead the delivery of critical asset and infrastructure projects.
What you’ll do:
- Lead major infrastructure projects, managing time, cost, and quality
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive success
- Shape investment proposals and support governance and approvals
- Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance
- Align projects with business goals and regulatory requirements
What you’ll need:
- Experience in asset management, investment planning or operations—ideally within utilities, infrastructure or a related industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to steer teams and engage senior stakeholders.
- A collaborative approach with a drive to deliver meaningful outcomes for communities.
- Familiarity with asset management best practices (e.g. IAM credentials or equivalent experience).
You’ll be supporting the Senior Principal Sponsor and working closely with key stakeholders, steering projects from concept to completion, ensuring investment decisions drive long-term value and align with strategic goals.
