I am currently working with a Legal Services Client on an exciting Product Manager opportunity. This is a permanent role that requires 3 days a week in their London office.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development or management roles such as Product Manager, Product Owner.
- Experience managing projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Understanding of market dynamics, competitor activities, emerging technologies and the role of digitisation within the legal sector.
- Experience working in a law firm.
- Demonstrable understanding of digital product development, agile processes and lifecycle management.
- Experience deploying GenAI enabled products or solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and communicating a clear product vision that aligns with company goals and market needs.
- Matrix leadership of scrum teams developing and building products to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Analysing market trends, customer feedback, user research and competitive products to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including prioritising features, setting timelines, and managing budgets.
- Tracking product performance metrics, gathering user feedback and implementing improvements to enhance user experience and achieve business objectives.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically, strategically and pragmatically. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
