I am currently working with a Utilities Client on an exciting Programme delivery manager opportunity. This is a Permanent role that requires 3 days a week in their Windsor offices. This role requires building strong relationships with business leaders and tech teams,managing risks, and alignment with my clients strategic goals.\\n\\nKey responsibilities include:\\n\\nManage the delivery of the programme or portfolio, ensuring that all projects associated deliver to their outcomes for the business. \\nPrioritise and manage competing objectives, inter-dependencies and risks to safeguard the overall programme or portfolio delivery\\nEmbed change effectively through communication, stakeholder engagement, and benefit realization\\nWorking with stakeholders to define scope and goals.\\nCoaching and motivating your team.To be considered for this role, you must have:\\n\\nStrong ability to identify and manage competing priorities across a wide range of programme or portfolio activities.\\nExcellent stakeholder management skills and a strong ability to drive engagement at a leadership level\\nGreat leadership and communication skills\\nExperience managing multi- million pound budgets and working with vendors\\nCommercial and strategic awareness\\nExperience leading teams across departments\\nIdeally Utilities or telecommunications experience.\\nGood knowledge of programme and project methodologies (e.g.
