Are you an experienced SAP Training Lead ready to shape learning on a truly global transformation? We’re working with a leading London-based organisation undergoing a major SAP S/4HANA transformation (including Ariba & Concur) impacting 9,000+ users across 30+ countries — and we’re looking for a standout Training Lead to drive adoption at scale. This is a high-profile contract role where you’ll take ownership of the training strategy and execution, ensuring thousands of end-users are fully equipped for new systems, processes, and ways of working.
Global impact: Supporting a multi-wave rollout starting Q1 2027
Your Role:
- Lead training needs analysis (TNA) across diverse global audiences
- Build and deliver a comprehensive training plan aligned to programme milestones
- Design engaging, user-centric learning experiences using modern instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM etc.)
- Oversee content strategy and LMS delivery (Workday preferred)
- Drive Train-the-Trainer programmes and global delivery readiness
- Measure training effectiveness and adoption, using data to continuously improve
- Act as the go-to training expert, influencing senior stakeholders and aligning with change & comms strategies
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience leading large-scale ERP/SAP training programmes
- Strong S/4HANA exposure (Ariba/Concur is a plus)
- Expertise in digital learning design (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Synthesia)
- Deep understanding of adult learning principles & performance-based learning
- Experience with global stakeholders and multi-country roll-outs
- Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to track adoption, engagement, and readiness
