The Role
This is a 360 recruitment role covering business development, client management and delivery. You will have responsibility for developing your own market, winning work, managing client relationships and delivering recruitment outcomes. The role suits someone who is comfortable taking ownership of a desk, managing a pipeline and being accountable for their performance.
What the Role Involves:
- Developing new client relationships through targeted B2B business development
- Growing and managing existing accounts within change and transformation
- Taking detailed briefs and advising clients on market conditions and hiring options
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from role qualification through to placement
- Sourcing, assessing and managing candidates across contract and/or permanent roles
- Running your desk commercially, including pipeline management and forecasting
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and desk reporting
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Proven experience in B2B sales or recruitment
- A track record of delivering against revenue or billing targets
- Confidence dealing directly with senior stakeholders and decision‑makers
- Comfortable picking up the phone and opening new conversations
- Organised, resilient and able to manage your own workload
Desirable:
- Prior recruitment experience (any sector)
- Exposure to change, transformation, technology or professional services markets
- Experience building and growing client accounts over time
