The role:

Lead projects end‑to‑end.
Shape solutions and business cases that meet ambitious project objectives.
Develop procurement strategies and oversee specifications and contract documentation.
Secure third‑party consents and manage risks to keep projects on track.
Collaborate with planning authorities and stakeholders for timely delivery.
Champion Health & Safety with a vision of zero incidents, zero harm, zero compromises.
Manage contractor performance to deliver on time, cost, and quality.
Drive continuous improvement and deliver against stretching targets.
Oversee commercial contracts to achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements

Engineering or relevant degree, chartered status, and ideally postgraduate business/project management qualifications.
Experience delivering major complex projects (up to £100m) in regulated infrastructure.
Must have previous utilities experience
Strong knowledge of contract preparation, tendering, evaluation, and negotiation.
Risk‑based and analytical decision‑making skills. xiskglj
