We are seeking an experienced Chief Change Officer to manage, coordinate and oversee the full suite of our client’s change portfolios across all aspects of data migrations, transformation and regulatory change.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading transformation projects, overseeing their planning, implementation, and evaluation to ensure successful outcomes.
- Providing expert guidance on change management best practices, tools, and methodologies.
- Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of change initiatives, using data-driven insights to drive future improvements.
- Delivering overarching change programmes that move a client’s business from its current business operating model to its proposed target operating model.
- Managing, coordinating and overseeing the full suite of each client’s change portfolio across all aspects of migrations, transformation, offshore transitions, and discretionary and regulatory change.
- Supporting employee engagement and development during periods of change, ensuring effective communication and support.
- Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform the organisation’s change agenda.
Experience Required
- Proven executive experience in change management, organisational development, or transformation leadership – ideally within the life and pension space.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
