Our client, a large international law firm, is continuing to evolve its AI ambitions and is looking for an AI Delivery Manager to help drive that momentum forward.

Reporting to the Head of Legal Technology Innovation, you'll turn AI strategy into consistent, repeatable delivery across practice groups and Business Professionals - providing the structure, governance, and delivery discipline needed to convert ambition into measurable, scalableimpact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery oversight & coordination – oversee day-to-day delivery across multiple AI workstreams, support backlog and prioritisation with Product Managers, and surface and manage dependencies to keep teams aligned.
  • Reporting & governance – develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reporting frameworks that give senior stakeholders clear visibility of progress, risks, and outcomes; lead the AI Delivery Excellence board and ensure consistent documentation and audit-readiness.
  • Risk management – identify risks and delivery blockers early, coordinate timely resolution, and escape?

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital project or programme delivery- legal or professional services is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with Product Managers, engineering teams, or technology delivery functions.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, with structured tracking and transparent reporting.
  • Experience developing governance frameworks, dashboards, and delivery reporting for senior stakeholders.
  • Strong risk identification and mitigation skills, with the confidence to

  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to prioritisation.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment where priorities may shift.
  • Genuine interest in AI and technology, with the ability to engage meaningfully with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • A formal project or programme management qualification (e. g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile PM, Scrum) is advantageous.
