Deltra Group is recruiting a Service Design & Transition Manager to lead the design of new and changed digital services and to govern end-to-end transition into operations. You will ensure readiness, SLAs/OLAs, and a smooth handover to BAU support, overseeing service acceptance and post-go-live actions.
The role requires strong ITIL knowledge, proven service design/transition experience, and the ability to create effective support models, with excellent stakeholder management and governance.
