Are you a data architect who can not only lead technical decisions but has worked on long term data strategy?
An ambitious global private equity firm based in Kensington are on the lookout for their first data architect to join them, leading on internal data strategies, a new data platform and working with their portfolio companies on what their long term data strategy is to create future value.
This role is pivotal in designing and implementing a scalable data architecture strategy, ensuring seamless data integration, governance, and security to support investment decision-making. If you have a strong background in data modelling, cloud platforms, and data management within financial services or private equity, this could be the perfect role for you.
You'll be working on 3 key pillars of data:
- Data Strategy Development
- Develop and implement a data strategy that aligns with the business and investment strategies.
- Data Architecture Design
- Design and maintain the data architecture, supporting current and future business requirements.
- Create data models, schemas, and data flows for the development and integration of data systems.
- Data Integration and Management
- Oversee data integration from multiple sources, ensuring consistency, quality, and accessibility for business units.
- Implement data governance frameworks and ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
- Manage data repositories including data warehouses and data lakes.
Along with the above, managing stakeholders across internal functions as well as those at the portfolio companies, recommending the tools and technologies to implement and being the go-to for how data can drive value creating solutions!
The role will require 4-5 days a week in their central London office, and unfortunately they cannot offer sponsorship so please only apply if you are able to work now and in the future here in the UK without a visa.
