We are pleased to be working with a PE-backed business, seeking a Head of Continuous Improvement as they enter their next phase of growth.   This is a newly created position working with the senior management team of the parent business as they establish their Continuous Improvement and Process Improvement capability across the group.   Our client, a leading operator in the engineering space, specialising in Environmental and Asset Management compliance, has recently been acquired by a global private equity firm and has started a 5-year growth programme.  The objective of the role is to help bring a network of businesses and business units together by unifying their systems and processes to ensure there is optimal efficiency to support their growth journey.  The ideal person for this role will be responsible for the following: Map, analyse, and re-engineer workflows across CRM, ERP, finance, and client portal environments Lead specific improvement initiatives: automation of quoting and POs, integration of multi-system data flows, API-enabled processes Translate operational challenges into structured briefs for external partners Coach and educate teams in lean thinking and continuous improvement principles Influence and support future business architecture, system design, and organisational structure Contribute to cross-site integration planning as new acquisitions are onboarded   Ideal Candidate Profile Proven experience in business process improvement, operations, or transformation Skilled in mapping and redesigning complex workflows involving legacy and modern systems Gravitas to lead stakeholder conversations and gain buy-in across varied business units Comfortable navigating the tension between strategic thinking and operational delivery Prior exposure to lean, agile, or continuous improvement frameworks Able to work with external vendors and internal teams to bring ideas to execution  Growth Potential   This role is designed to evolve as our client reshapes its business model and scales, you may help define the future operating model and even step into a wider leadership role around business improvement and transformation
