Our client is looking for a senior, hands-on AI & Data Transformation Lead to help take control of its data and use it to improve customer retention, pricing, and operational decision-making.
What you’ll do:
- Help our client regain ownership of its data and reduce reliance on third-party platforms
- Identify and prioritise AI and data use cases that deliver real commercial value
- Shape an Azure- and Dynamics-based data and AI approach
- Deliver early, practical outcomes (e.g. churn insight, pricing signals, actionable workflows)
- Provide a clear roadmap for what comes next and what resource is needed
What we’re looking for:
- Senior experience in data, AI, or digital transformation
- Strong Microsoft ecosystem experience (Azure, Dynamics)
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
