Role Description:

The Site Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rochester, overseeing daily operations on construction sites to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specification. The individual will coordinate and supervise site staff and subcontractors, allocate tasks, and monitor progress against project plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include enforcing health and safety standards, conducting site inspections, maintaining accurate records, and reporting site issues or delays to project managers. The Site Supervisor will liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, manage deliveries and materials, and help resolve on-site problems.
