Deltek is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross‑functional teams through the full lifecycle of enterprise software implementation projects. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, driving successful delivery of complex ERP implementations – including upgrades, add‑ons, and merges – within scope, schedule, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of the project lifecycle from kick‑off through post Go‑Live support, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
- Serve as the primary spokesperson to internal and external stakeholders, including C‑Suite, VPs, and technical leads.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, work schedules, and milestone tracking for cross‑functional teams.
- Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve project risks, issues, and scope changes in alignment with contract parameters.
- Manage concurrent projects across various lifecycle phases.
- Drive the development, implementation, and governance of PMO processes and procedures within Deltek's DGC PMO.
- Coordinate resource planning and allocation to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Provide methodology guidance and tailor implementation approaches to client needs.
- Establish and monitor compliance standards for documentation, data, and training.
- Communicate project status, changes, and critical milestones to all relevant stakeholders.
- Lead and support Deltek Maconomy ERP implementations, including configuration, upgrades, and client onboarding, leveraging Maconomy's unified platform for financial management, resource planning, and project execution.

Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification required.
- 10+ years of experience in Project Management with full lifecycle ERP implementations.
- 10+ years of experience applying waterfall and agile software development methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage enterprise‑level projects and a portfolio of 10+ projects simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging C‑Suite and remote teams.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships, navigate escalations, and manage priorities across complex organizations.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PMO governance development and process improvement.
- Proficiency in Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish.
- Background in managing projects with significant scope changes and high complexity.
- Experience integrating with diverse client organizations across multiple levels.
- Hands‑on experience with Deltek Maconomy, including implementation, configuration, or upgrade projects within professional services environments.
