Join Deltek Professional Services as a project-based ERP Implementation Consultant and make a real impact helping professional services firms transform their operations. You'll guide customers through successful implementations of our core ERP solutions (Vantagepoint or Maconomy), from initial configuration through post-launch optimization. This is a hands-on role where you'll combine technical expertise with business process understanding and consulting acumen, working alongside a collaborative team to deliver exceptional outcomes to our customers. You'll have the flexibility to work remotely with minimal travel requirements (up to 10%), allowing you to foster strong client relationships and advance your career in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
Your Role and Impact
- Lead SMB customers through ERP implementations, configuring systems and delivering strategic consulting support
- Facilitate smooth transitions from legacy accounting systems to a core Deltek ERP platform
- Conduct online consulting/training sessions, presenting key concepts and best practices
- Assess and recommend business process improvements following defined methodologies
- Resolve project challenges efficiently while managing project timelines and budgets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with project coordinators and internal teams
- Leverage AI tools to optimize workflows and enhance delivery
What You Will Bring to the Team
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Accounting, Controlling, or Business Management
- Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation
