The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction. This role is responsible for building and nurturing strong, long-lasting customer relationships, overseeing account management activities, and negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profitability. The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and maintaining high standards of client engagement within the EMEA region.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise tasks effectively. Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-level. Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel). Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Experience working within the EMEA region. Familiarity with industry-specific account management practices. Demonstrated success in maximising account profitability. Multilingual abilities relevant to the EMEA market.
