The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction. This role is responsible for building and nurturing strong, long-lasting customer relationships, overseeing account management activities, and negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profitability. The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and maintaining high standards of client engagement within the EMEA region.

  • Act as the lead point of contact for all matters related to assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, enduring customer relationships.
  • Oversee customer account management, including contract negotiation and agreement execution.
  • Maximise profit through effective account strategies and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored services and support.

Proven experience in account management or a related client-facing role. Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities. Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise tasks effectively. Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level. Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel). Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Experience working within the EMEA region. Familiarity with industry-specific account management practices. Demonstrated success in maximising account profitability. Multilingual abilities relevant to the EMEA market.
