The ideal candidate will have experience in adjacent businesses such as digital, enterprise, or SaaS-based companies. We are looking for someone who can bring fresh perspectives and innovative approaches to our team which is geographically distributed across Europe, the Middle East and the US. Implement strategies to maximize the tracking of revenue growth and improve operational efficiency across the Commercial and Finance teams. Optimize the tracking and reporting of new business sales as well as existing client revenue growth. Working closely with Salesforce reporting to consistently output performance reporting by region, product type, sales exec etc. Ensure smooth deal flow and help drive accountability and consistent tracking of all Sales and Account Management executives in the business. Proven experience in digital, enterprise, or SaaS-based businesses. Ability to track performance and reporting of complex sales cycles and a portfolio of products. Strong leadership skills with experience managing Sales and Account Management teams. Excellent Excel reporting and modelling skills. Experience in Digital and OTT platform businesses.
