The Graphics Operator will be part of the Live, Servicing and Operations team who provide cutting-edge graphics, data gathering, data distribution and operations to global sports and entertainment customers. During pre-match, live and post-match, you will be continuously in contact with the production crew (TV director, producer etc.) to offer graphics live on screen. Your aim will be to propose and display on screen the most relevant and interesting content to enrich the storytelling of the event and to enhance fans' experience. You will be responsible for proposing the best caption to make TV production as rich as possible.
Please note the role will usually be performed from TV Studios in West London and the candidate may also be required to work from other production locations. Due to the nature of live sport, candidates will be expected to be available for work at unsociable hours and during weekends. The successful applicant must be flexible and prepared to work occasional long hours.
- Viz Trio, Viz Artist, Adobe After Effects and Photoshop experience (desirable)
- The ability to acquire technical skills and understand bespoke applications quickly (essential)
- Computer literate and thoroughly confident with Windows operating systems (essential)
- A broadcast or IT background (desirable)
- Experience of live TV graphics operations (desirable)
- Interest in 3D graphic design (desirable)
- Basic experience with broadcast domain (Video Infrastructure, Reference signal and Operations), Windows Operating system and Windows Hardware (laptops, workstations), Viz Infrastructure and Software

- A detailed understanding of, and passion for tennis and other sports
- Candidates should be enthusiastic and inquisitive and be comfortable working in a high-pressure live broadcast environment

Please note we will consider a range of experience for this role from junior to senior. Comprehensive training is provided to perform the role autonomously and further opportunities to be involved with other sports, product testing, operations might be available.
