We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a design & build contractor in Manchester that’s experiencing strong and sustained growth. You’ll oversee multiple projects simultaneously – typically around five at any one time – ensuring all works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands‑on, commercially focused role that involves managing subcontract labour, maintaining client relationships, and driving project profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple commercial and industrial mechanical installations
- Oversee planning, delivery, and financial performance across live projects
- Manage subcontractors and ensure quality, safety, and compliance on‑site
- Take ownership of project budgets, procurement, and client variations

Package
