An engineering and refrigeration contractor offers a full spectrum of temperature control and built environment services, from bespoke refrigeration system design, installation and commissioning to planned and reactive maintenance across retail, commercial, industrial and critical infrastructure sectors. With decades of experience and a nationwide network of specialist engineers, it supports clients including supermarkets, food processors, hospitals and distribution centres with energy efficient cooling solutions, CO2 and natural refrigerant systems, HVAC, mechanical and electrical services, plus technical consultancy and system monitoring to enhance performance, compliance and sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver commercial refrigeration projects from design through commissioning, ensuring time, cost, and quality targets are met
- Coordinate technical design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of refrigeration systems
- Manage site activities, subcontractors, and resources while ensuring compliance with H&S and F-Gas regulations
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and suppliers, providing clear progress and issue resolution
- Control project budgets, variations, documentation, and final handover
