Responsibilities include hands-on experience supporting or implementing SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) for medium to large enterprises. A strong understanding of IAM concepts such as Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), provisioning, and access certifications is required. Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving identity lifecycle and access-related issues is essential. Must Have Technical Skills:
- Minimum 8 years in IAM operations/implementation, with at least 4+ years in L3 support for SailPoint ISC or IdentityNow.
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC including configuration, administration, and operational support.
- Strong knowledge of Access Reviews and certifications in SailPoint.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of LDAP concepts and working experience with at least a few of the LDAPs.
- Extensive experience in development/support of workflows, forms, and other SailPoint IDM components.
- Experience working with Application/Web Servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, Websphere) or developing J2EE products.
- Ability to maintain detailed support documentation and operational procedures.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills and ability to work with global counterparts.
