Looking for your next opportunity in mobile traffic Control? Delta Utility Services is recruiting safety driven Traffic Controllers to join our Canterbury Greenspace team, supporting roadside vegetation maintenance works across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and dismantle temporary traffic management for mobile works
• Assist field crews carrying out roadside vegetation and maintenance activities
• Safely operate mobile traffic management vehicles and equipment
• Liaise professionally with team members, motorists, and members of the public
• Observe traffic movements and make real‑time adjustments to maintain safe, efficient road operations
• Follow approved Traffic Management Plans, health and safety requirements

What You’ll Bring

• Current Site Traffic Management Specialist (STMS) qualification and/or Traffic Controller (TC) certification
• Full Class 1 driver licence, with Class 2 considered an desirable
• Confidence working across mobile sites and responding to changing environments
• Dependability, a team‑focused attitude, and willingness to contribute
• Clear, confident communication and a composed, professional manner
• Physical fitness for practical, outdoor work in all conditions
• A strong safety mindset and commitment to high‑quality, compliant work
