Carmarthenshire County Council is seeking an experienced Strategic Development Lead to establish and drive the SWWCJC's Strategic Development Plan. You will work with the Senior Leadership Team, local authorities, National Park Authorities, Welsh Government and partners to turn regional ambition into a deliverable, evidence-led framework.
You will provide strategic leadership for plan preparation, build effective partnerships across the region, and ensure spatial planning aligns with transport.
