About the Role

As a Night Care Worker, you will support our residents to feel safe, comfortable and well cared for throughout the night. You will work closely with colleagues to provide high‑quality, person‑centred care in a warm and homely environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting residents with personal care, always maintaining dignity and respect
  • Assisting with moving and handling in a safe and supportive way
  • Helping with meal and drink preparation as required
  • Providing assistance with medication, in line with training and guidance
  • Supporting individuals living with dementia, offering reassurance and understanding
  • Encouraging participation in meaningful activities where appropriate
  • Working as part of a team, contributing to a positive and supportive environment
  • Following guidance and care plans, including direction from professionals such as GPs, physiotherapists and nurses

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is kind, patient and empathetic

  • Works well both independently and as part of a team
  • Is able to follow guidance and maintain high standards of care

Previous experience in care is welcome but not essential, as full support and training will be provided.
