Administrative Officer
Y Plas Care Home

Applications are invited for the above post from suitably qualified and self-motivated individuals to provide a high-quality administrative and clerical support service to the Manager and staff at Y Plas Care Home, which provides residential care for older people.

The successful candidate will have experience of office administration and clerical procedures, possess excellent organisational and communication skills, and be confident in the use of IT systems, including Microsoft Office applications. The ability to manage workloads effectively, maintain accurate records, and work both independently and as part of a team is essential.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated team committed to providing high standards of care and support to residents.

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

  • Experience of administrative and office procedures.
  • Good computer literacy and keyboard skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
