Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and energetic individual to join our team as a leisure attendant and play a key role in ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for our customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising a busy pool environment and ensuring customer safety.
- Maintaining facility cleanliness standards.
- Supporting delivery of junior activity programme and safe set up/dismantling of equipment.
- Providing an inclusive and friendly environment prioritising customer needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Good level of conversational Welsh (Level 3). Reasonable support can be provided to achieve this level.
- Enhanced with Barred List Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check required.
- Offence to apply for this role if barred from engaging in regulated activity relevant to children or adults at risk.
