Come and join our team as a Housing Labourer Technician. As part of our commitment to maintaining and improving our 9,600+ council homes, we are seeking self-motivated, positive, flexible, and experienced tradespeople with a can-do attitude to join our customer-focused Responsive Maintenance Team within the Housing Property and Strategic Projects Division. We strive for a high performing workforce who challenge the norm and who are empowered to provide outstanding services whilst living up to our core values. Providing the best quality service is a key part of the role of our multi-skilled workforce, to ensure that jobs are efficiently completed within agreed timescales. These roles encompass our passion for teamwork and customer focused delivery across our entire trade function. 2 vacant posts are available. Our teams operate from 2 depots, based in Trostre, Llanelli or Johnstown, Carmarthen.
Carmarthenshire County Council staff work a standard 37 hour week, receive generous holidays, sick pay and pension, together with other employee benefits. Level 2 - You will need a basic level of conversational Welsh. Reasonable support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
