Job Summary
- Position: Catering Assistant (Carmarthenshire County Council, Newcastle Emlyn)
- Contract: Permanent Part Time
- Salary: £13.67 per hour
- Hours: 1 x 9 hours / 1 x 20 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Assist the Cook in preparing nutritious and appetising meals
- Ensure compliance with Food Hygiene and Health and Safety standards
- Set up and clear tables and perform general cleaning duties
Qualifications
- Full training will be provided
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Flexibility and willingness to assist with other catering duties
- Basic conversational Welsh (Level 2)
- Reasonable support will be provided upon appointment
- Required to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
