Carmarthenshire County Council is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Waste Projects Officer to play a key role in shaping the future of waste and recycling services across the county. Working as part of our Waste Service Change Programme, you will lead on communication, engagement and policy initiatives, helping residents, stakeholders and frontline teams understand and embrace service improvements while supporting the delivery of ambitious environmental objectives.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a visible impact within one of Wales’ largest local authorities. You will work alongside operational teams, senior managers, partners and organisations such as WRAP Cymru, using insight, data and innovation to influence service transformation and improve outcomes for our communities.
