Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to staff and pupils within the specialist inclusion setting.
  • Assist with lesson planning and delivery, engaging and challenging learners.
  • Support pupils’ academic and personal development in a caring environment.
  • Facilitate behaviour management and classroom routines.
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to meet individual learning needs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Teaching Assistant Level 2 or equivalent experience.
  • Pass the Enhanced DBS check.
  • Basic knowledge of Welsh (Level 1). Reasonable support will be provided to achieve this level.
  • Legal right to work in the UK.
  • Strong commitment to safeguarding and equality.
