Responsibilities

  • This role will coordinate workforce development, safeguarding training and key information systems across Carmarthenshire schools.
  • Lead the delivery of the schools’ CPD programme.
  • Ensure safeguarding compliance.
  • Support effective communication and data systems.
  • Oversee budget and operational management, including Neuadd y Gwendraeth.

Qualifications

  • A relevant business management qualification (or equivalent).
  • Experience of financial and system management.
  • Strong ICT, reporting and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of schools, safeguarding and data protection.
  • Welsh language skills required: Level 4 spoken/written.
