Carmarthenshire County Council is seeking a Public Realm Network Manager to lead the delivery, coordination and performance of our public realm services across the county.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery, coordination, and performance of public realm services across the county.
- Deliver continuous improvement through proactive, resilient, and innovative leadership.
- Manage performance, budgets and change, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and customer-focused services.
- Engage stakeholders at all levels and lead teams to achieve organisational objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong operational and strategic experience in public realm or related fields.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
- Leadership capability to inspire and manage high-performing teams.
- Sound technical understanding of public realm operations.
- Level 3 Welsh language ability; support available to reach this level.
