Are you an experienced construction professional looking for an opportunity to manage diverse and rewarding projects that make a real difference to local communities?

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Project Co-ordinator to join our Property Maintenance Minor Works Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering construction, refurbishment and planned maintenance projects across Carmarthenshire's Non-Housing property portfolio, including schools, care homes, leisure centres, administrative buildings, industrial units and farms.

What you’ll do

• Deliver a programme of planned refurbishment and investment projects across our Non-Housing property portfolio.
• Ensure full compliance with Building Regulations, CDM Regulations 2015 , British Standards and health & safety standards.
• Manage project budgets & timelines and contractor performance.
• Provide expert technical advice for client departments and resolve complex maintenance issues.
• Build strong relationships with clients, framework contractors, and internal and external stakeholders.
