We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to become a key player in our Performance and Digital Transformation Division, under the Business and Performance Hub dedicated to driving excellence across the Department of Social Services and Housing.
Role Overview: As a pivotal member of our team, you will be instrumental in delivering performance information returns across Adult and Children Services to Welsh Government, CIW, Internal Stakeholders, Ombudsman and FOIA requests. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Enhancing Performance Development: Spearhead the development programme to align with the department’s performance framework and data analytics agenda, ensuring quality and accuracy of data is paramount.
- Strengthening Performance Management: Drive the performance management agenda, focusing on Adult Social Care information and performance data, in line with departmental and corporate priorities.
Key Qualifications:
- Proficiency in data extraction and analysis using tools such as Microsoft Excel or Power BI is highly desirable.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Comprehensive systems training and support will be provided to ensure your success.
