Actif Sport & Leisure has a broad portfolio of facilities and community services attracting over a million attendances per year from Actif members.

Behind this operation, Actif's Business & Membership Support Team provide the administrative and financial systems which enables us to deliver a first-class customer experience.

We are seeking a Customer Service Officer with experience in database management with an emphasis on financial control with a view to automating processes over the next few years. The successful applicant will be required to maintain Actif's database and systems with a view to maximising its capabilities whilst modernising our working practices. They will be adding value to a successful team by bringing skills set which will complement our existing customer focus team.

Conversational Welsh is required, reasonable support will be provided on appointment to reach this level.
