Contract Hours: 32 hrs 30 mins

If part time and/or term time, the full time salary quoted (based on 37 hrs) will be pro‑rated accordingly.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure safety and maintenance of teaching and learning centres.
  • Conduct general maintenance and DIY tasks as required.
  • Act as key holder and manage access to the centre.
  • Maintain attention to detail and demonstrate a positive ‘can do’ attitude.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Welsh (Level 2); support can be provided on appointment to reach basic conversational Welsh.
  • Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check (standard or enhanced). Applicants barred from regulated activity relevant to children or adults at risk are not eligible.
  • Willingness to learn, good general maintenance and DIY skills.
