Responsibilities
- Ensure safety and maintenance of teaching and learning centres.
- Conduct general maintenance and DIY tasks as required.
- Act as key holder and manage access to the centre.
- Maintain attention to detail and demonstrate a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Welsh (Level 2); support can be provided on appointment to reach basic conversational Welsh.
- Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check (standard or enhanced). Applicants barred from regulated activity relevant to children or adults at risk are not eligible.
- Willingness to learn, good general maintenance and DIY skills.
