What you’ll do:

  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team of property professionals delivering circa £10m of maintenance projects annually.
  • Plan, manage and monitor delivery of minor works programmes across a diverse property portfolio.
  • Ensure projects and assets are safe and compliant with full compliance with building regulations, CDM duty holder responsibilities and health & safety standards.
  • Manage project budgets & timelines and contractor performance to drive quality and value for money.
  • Provide expert technical advice for client departments and resolve complex building, electrical and mechanical maintenance issues.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, framework contractors, and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support and lead a team (4 direct reports + a team of approximately 20 staff including 2 graduates).
