Responsibilities

  • Supervise a busy pool environment and ensure the safety of customers.
  • Maintain the facility’s cleanliness standards.
  • Support the delivery of the junior activity programme.
  • Ensure the safe set‑up and dismantling of equipment for the wider facility programme.
  • Assist in delivering Actif’s ambition to improve wellbeing by providing an inclusive and friendly environment that puts the needs of customers at the heart of everything we do.

Qualifications

  • Level 3 – Good level of conversational Welsh (reasonable support will be provided on appointment).
  • Enhanced with Barred List Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check required.
