Are you an experienced and motivated Social Worker looking to take the next step into leadership? We are seeking an Assistant Team Manager to support the delivery of a high-quality Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) and Mental Capacity service (MCA) service. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in leading practice, supporting staff, and driving service improvement within a dynamic and evolving statutory environment.
You will work closely with the Team Manager to provide operational leadership, ensure legal compliance, and promote person-centred, rights-based practice for the most vulnerable adults. You will bring strong knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act, a commitment to high practice standards, and the ability to inspire and support a skilled workforce facing increasing complexity, change and demand.
