Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and energetic individual to join our team as a leisure attendant and play a key role in ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for our customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising a busy pool environment and ensuring customer safety.
- Maintaining facility cleanliness standards.
- Supporting delivery of junior activity programme and safe set up/dismantling of equipment.
- Providing an inclusive and friendly environment prioritising customer needs.
Qualifications: prior consideration will be given to existing employees who meet the essential criteria and are registered on the redeployment pool.
