We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our friendly, innovative, and highly valued Adult Community Occupational Therapy Service. We are looking for an individual who is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and who enjoys working collaboratively to make a real difference to people's lives.

As part of our team, you will play a key role in delivering effective occupational therapy interventions that promote independence, health, and wellbeing across the community. We pride ourselves on fostering a positive team culture where staff are supported to grow professionally, share ideas, and contribute to service development.

You will provide occupational therapy services in a variety of settings, tailoring your approach to meet the individual needs of clients whilst adhering to professional standards, local policies, and evidence-based practice.

The post holder will be expected to travel throughout Carmarthenshire and between service sites as required. Mileage reimbursement is available.
