The Cleaning Service provides an essential service across the County of Carmarthenshire. The team maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in schools to ensure a safe and clean environment. This term‑time role will also include up to 10 days of holiday cleaning. Working hours depend on the contract each school has signed.

Responsibilities:

  • Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors.
  • Emptying waste bins and replenishing consumable items.
  • Deep cleaning as required.
  • Using cleaning equipment, machinery and chemicals in accordance with health and safety guidance.
  • Assist with other cleaning tasks as needed.
