We have an immediate need. Our Client is seeking Direct Care Workers/Residential Aides in the Plymouth area.

HOURLY RATE

• $19/hr. Compensation is dependent on Contractor\’s experience, education, availability, and skills.

Summary Of Client\’s Description Of This Opportunity

• Provide care and support to adults with developmental disabilities and mental health and/or medical challenges in a residential setting.
• Provide instruction and reinforce personal care/hygiene tasks, community living, communication, and socialization skills.
• Implement person-centered activities and goals that create and maintain a supportive environment.
• Monitor medication intake
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation including progress notes and reports that meet State and federal requirements

Client\’s Required Experience & Education

• Minimum of one (1) year experience working with adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in a health care setting
• Must be self-motivated with a positive, energetic, and professional demeanor
• Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid/CPR, and other certifications as required
• Must possess a valid Driver\’s License to transport residents as needed
