About the Employer

We are a well-established medical device distributor with over 25 years of experience supplying high-quality products to the healthcare sector. Based in Newcastle-under-Lyme, we are a small, friendly team of around 30 employees. We pride ourselves on delivering reliable service, strong supplier relationships, and excellent support to our customers across the UK.

What You'll Do

  • Carry out general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry
  • Manage incoming and outgoing email correspondence
    Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers via telephone and email
  • Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems
  • Support sales order processing, ensuring customer orders are accurately entered and processed in a timely manner
  • Assist with purchasing administration, including raising purchase orders
  • Chasing suppliers for lead times and overdue deliveries, and supporting resolution of supply issues
  • Organising logistics for incoming and outgoing goods, including coordinating deliveries and collections
  • Support the sales team with travel arrangements, preparation of samples, literature, and quotations
  • Assist with preparing documents and reports
  • Support management where required with administrative and operational tasks
  • Support other departmental functions where required
