Delta Personnel are looking for Machinery Operatives to start work in Lancing Typical duties * Operating production equipment: Running assigned machinery after training and authorisation. * Loading materials: Positioning boards, panels or components correctly and safely. * Checking settings: Confirming dimensions, programs or job specifications before production. * Monitoring output: Watching for machine issues, jams or variations in product quality. * Inspecting components: Checking dimensions, drilled positions, edges and surface finishes. * Completing routine checks: Carrying out permitted start-up, cleaning and basic operator checks. * Reporting faults: Escalating mechanical or quality problems to supervisors or maintenance staff. * Following machine safety: Using guards, extraction systems, PPE and isolation procedures as trained. Best candidate profile Someone with mechanical awareness, concentration, a safety-first attitude and confidence around industrial equipment. CNC, woodworking, panel processing or general machine-operation experience would be advantageous
