Delta Personnel is searching for Industrial Engineers (Electrical Bias) for automation and materials handling installation projects located across the UK.
40,000 to 45,000 basic salary based on a 37.5 hour contracted week, plus company vehicle and fuel card provided with the option for personal use. 53,000 to 60,000+ realistic annual earnings based on average 50 paid hour working weeks, with engineers paid from the moment they leave home until they return home.
A typical week may look something like:
- 37.5 hours paid at standard rate
- First 2 hours per day over 7.5 hours paid at flat rate
- Any additional hours paid at 1.5x
- Saturdays paid at 1.5x
- Sundays paid at 2x
- Weekend work is considered extremely uncommon and reportedly has not been required for a considerable period.
Typical working hours are generally around 07:30 to 17:30 Monday to Friday, although this can vary depending on project location and travelling time returning home.
This is a home based role involving travel to customer sites across the UK, installing automated warehouse, conveyor and materials handling equipment. Candidates located within approximately 1.5 hours of Kettering are preferred for office visits and project mobilisation requirements.
