Delta Personnel is searching for Grounds Maintenance Operatives in Chichester. We’re looking for switched-on Grounds Maintenance Operatives to support our client on highways maintenance projects across Chichester and the surrounding areas.

Duties:

  • Strimming grass verges and cutting back overgrowth
  • Walking set routes and maintaining roadside visibility
  • Operating petrol-powered equipment (strimmers, blowers, etc.)
  • Litter picking and keeping public highways clean and clear
  • Working in line with health & safety protocols
  • Supporting data capture projects where needed

Must-Have:

  • UK Driving Licence (essential – no public transport nearby)
  • Full PPE (full orange or yellow including safety glasses and helmet)
  • Physically fit and happy to walk long distances
  • Previous highways or grounds maintenance experience preferred
  • “Can-do” attitude and willingness to graft

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm (approx.)
