Delta Personnel is searching for a Working Supervisor in the Beverley area. We’re after a hands-on Working Supervisor for ongoing works across Yorkshire water sites (80% clean / 20% waste). This is not a purely supervisory role. You’ll be expected to supervise a team of two whilst remaining involved in the works on site. Ideally, the team will consist of: Working Supervisor, Excavator Driver & Dumper Driver.
Van & fuel card provided. Any additional tickets required such as EUSR, Confined Space etc can be provided by our client.
- On-going work
- Monday – Friday
- This can be subcontracted or temporary to permanent, your choice
- 08:00 – 16:00
- Any additional hours paid at standard hourly rate
Duties:
- Supervising operatives on Yorkshire water sites
- Support day to day site activities
- Ensure works are completed safely and correctly
- Working alongside the team where required
- Liaising with site management and subcontractors
- Maintaining H&S
- Various types of work, mainly civils.
Must-Have:
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- CSCS
- Previous supervisory experience
- Plant tickets will be an advantage (NPORS, CPCS)
